Please give a warm welcome to someone you've undoubtable encountered on the Emperor Game Help forums, the Emperor download section and even the Emperor News.

Yes, you've guessed it, I'm talking about Gweilo.
This intrepid campaign designer and amateur historian has accepted my offer to join the City Builder Heavens as Cherub in charge of the Game Help and Scenario Design forums.

We may even see him help us out with the odd little contest.
