Nu Wa - The Creator Goddess
In Chinese mythology Nu Wa's main role is creating mankind. The legend tells how the earth was a beautiful place with trees, flowers and animals but no people and Nu Wa felt lonely. She molded yellow mud into a figure in her likeness, the figure then came alive and was the first human being. She then created more figures, both male and female, and these too came to life.
Another legend about her is of how she patched the sky. Gong Gong, God of Water, and Zhu Rong, God of Fire had a battle which collapsed a mountain which caused the pillar that held heaven up from earth to fall down with disastrous consequences of fires, floods, and dragons and other savage animals appearing to attack people. Nu Wa melted rocks of five colors and used them to mend the sky, she cut the legs off a giant turtle and used them as pillars to support the sky. She killed a dragon and that scared away the other savage beasts, and blocked the flood with the ashes of reeds.
She is also said to have been the inventor of sheng reed pipes. Some legends also say she was the wife of Fu Xi who is credited with introducing matrimony and domestication of animals.
The above blessings all work by transforming 1 unit of clay/fish/meat into 4 units for delivery. Each blessing only works for 1 building and 1 load. While the extra food or even clay could be handy very early in a mission by the time you are likely to have the resources to call a hero you are less likely to need them and many other heroes have much more useful blessings.
Tower evolves without the usually required desirability, effect lasts for 6 months. I wouldn't normally consider this a very useful blessing as the effects wear off. I would think adding the required desirability is easier and probably cheaper in the long run.
HALVES THE BUILDING COST OF
Makes it more difficult for enemy troops to burn buildings
While this could be handy if you happened to be attacked and Nu Wa was already in your city I'm sure I would rather have one of the fighter Heroes in my city during an attack.
