Instructions:
Extract the zip file.
Within the Folder is a file named
aREasyEmperorBuildingModels.REasy
Right click the file and choose 'Copy' from the drop-down menu.
Using File Explorer, navigate to
(driveletter:)\Sierra\EmperorRotMK\Model
Order the filenames alphabetically so
EmperorBuildingModels.txt is at the top
Right click on some (white space) and choose 'Paste'
aREasyEmperorBuildingModels.REasy
should now be listed at the top of File Explore
Right click 'EmperorBuildingModels.txt' and choose 'Rename' to
EmperorBuildingModels.original
Right click 'aREasyEmperorBuildingModels.REasy' and 'Rename' to
EmperorBuildingModels.txt
FINISHED!!!
To remove the MOD
'Delete'
EmperorBuildingModels.txt
'Rename'
EmperorBuildingModels.original to EmperorBuildingModels.txt

What it does:
This MOD makes the game ridiculously easy regardless of the Difficulty Level set.
1. No BAD Feng Shui placements possible.
2. No building should need any servicing of any kind unless the Player wants to raise Hygeine, Religion, Entertainment or some other Coverage Index Levels.
3. Inspectors's Tower, Watchtower and Well automatically upgrade with some appeal (1 instead or 40 or 50); not that they would be needed.
4. Housing upgrades to the Highest Level regardless of a lack of distribution or services.
5. All structures are FREE, Elite housing still need the Hemp and Ceramics for initial placement.
6. No more negative desirability "jumping over" residential or military walls.

Throw them Housing block size limits to the wind cause the service providers arn't needed. If you want the Service Provider walks to be longer then use "Long walks for housing blocks".
If this mod isnt to your liking then dont use it and dont leave hateful comments.

hello i like this mod however if possible i would like the feng shui thingy to be so that it is green everywhere and everything else just like in normal game hope thats ok thanks |

Dude, you can do it yourself with 'Notepad' which is the point of the example mods. Just change the last number, of the original text file, within the {} brackets to 0,}. So for the vacant lots in the bottom example
from
2,Vacant House,{,15,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,200,4,}
to
2,Vacant House,{,15,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,200,0,}
Just don't do the Monuments since the data is used for something else.
I'll do just this one request! EmperorBuildingModels.fengshuionly has been added. once you preform the necessary backup and delete the modded EmperorBuildingModels.txt you can copy the above file to the Model folder and rename it to EmperorBuildingModels.txt [Edited on 03/12/17 @ 04:46 AM]

do you know if it would be possible to mod in the ability to place trees/rocks from the beauty tab?
also, can i ask you advice on modding Zeus? i tried modding the buildings the same way you did for emperor but they still collapse, catch fire and spread disease after X time passes. all i managed to do was slow it down.[Edited on 09/25/18 @ 05:06 PM]
