This completed city is perfect in everything. It has eight monuments in it with minimum CTD problem (I only experience crash once), its Feng Shui has perfect harmony rating, it doesn't have employment problem, and it is beautiful.
Nice city, but anyone loading it or playing the campaign included in this download should be aware that your game may crash after the 4th monument is placed on the map. This will occur most often when you click on the Monuments ministry. See this link in our forum for more details:
I'm aware of this annoying bug (or deliberate limitation perhaps), but the temptation to fill your map with lots of monuments is simply irresistible.
In the map's explanation, I have included information about my experience with crash to desktop, the problem addressed in the link you provide, which I have inspected before playing this campaign. I dare say that the chance of crash is very minimum and as a matter of fact, I only experience it once.
Clicking on Monument ministry definitely causes crash, but why should I ever click on it if monument construction management can be done without ever clicking on it?

robithnurielhaq, some players (like me) will periodically click on the monuments ministry to watch for the "percentage of completion" message, which pops up at various times during construction. Another reason I open the monuments ministry is to see how much required resources have been delivered to the monument, and how many are still needed before completion.
I also think you did a great job on making this map, and I encourage you to submit a version of it to our "City/Open Play Maps" downloads.

So I am having fun with this campaign! But: I have placed 8 heavenly compounds on my map, and I am still limited to 2 forts? Cannot for the life of me figure out what's wrong. All heavenly compounds are occupied...
UPDATE: Never mind, it seems I was a little too impatient...forts abound! :-)
