Playability: 3
This campaign is quite challenging and I love it, but sometimes very frustrating too. For example, transition between M1 and M2 forces you to rebuilt your city to attempt Luxurious appartment goal (desirability problems..) and there is no spot to place your Elite housing block and have a perfect feng shui at the same time.
Balance: 4
Campaign is rated "hard" but again with the Feng Shui problem and the rebuild part of M2, I think this mission should be rated very hard. After that, from M3, balance between fun and challenging was really good !
Creativity: 5
Customs maps are smalls but is a part of a challenge !
Map Design: 5
I like the design, especially from M3 !
Story/Instructions: 5
A really good story, and all the instructions are clear to guide you !
Additional Comments:
Thank you Sampad for this campaign, I really like it. Can't wait to play your next challenge !

Thanks frut_mut for your comments and feedback. The campaign is focused on Chiao-chih and so also the campaign verbiage which hints that the city goals shall be incremental (and needs to be planned accordingly). Since this is a seven episode campaign, a playability score of 3 reflects upon the entire campaign and not just a mission. On balance, Feng-Shui is always optional, and balance actually refers to the balance of game elements.
Owing to the decrease in number of downloads, I have stalled work on the next campaign and will be away from EH for a while. The campaigns take a lot of effort to come up with a good storyline, custom maps, testing, etc. because I aim nothing less than 5/5. Thanks for playing! |

..... And so the humble tea bag is born!
Really challenging campaign, especially in the earlier stages I found. The final two chapters were quite fun and less of a struggle to complete, apart from the fact I ended up a vassal in the penultimate mission which meant it took me far longer to complete. The small maps on some missions along with limited space to grow crops, tea, etc made planning a really important part of each mission.
I thoroughly enjoyed playing the campaign, thanks so much for taking the time to create it. |
